Last month, the CNUSD Career Technical Education (CTE) Team held the CTE Counselor Leadership Academy Showcase and Culminating Ceremony to celebrate counselors who completed the year-long program. 

The purpose of CTE Counselor Leadership Academy is to expose CNUSD counselors to the economy of the Inland Empire through interactions with public and private stakeholders that support the economic vitality of the region. Participants partake in yearlong learning opportunities around the Inland Empire, including visiting the Riverside County Sheriffs Department, local water districts, and medical facilities.

•  Integration of Sustainability
•  Water Issues
•  Utilities
•  Regional/Statewide Regulatory Climate, and Business
•  Policy Effects & Intersection Between Businesses & Nonprofits
•  Intersections with Healthcare Issues  Across Region & State
•  Panel Discussions with County CEO's and Elected Officials
